Both my mother and father have been living at Civic Retirement Resort since 2014 and it has been 12 years now. I live in the US, so I can’t visit often, but I have complete peace of mind knowing they are so well cared for. When we first admitted my father, his condition was very critical and he was on oxygen, with very little hope at the time. Thanks to the exceptional care provided at Civic Retirement Resort, including regular ward master inspections and doctor visits, his condition improved significantly and now he’s perfectly fine thanks to the exceptional care at Civic Retirement Resort. He has now been here for over a year and is in very good condition. We are truly grateful to the staff for their dedication and compassionate care. Highly recommended.

During my vacation to Sri Lanka, I had the chance to visit my grandmother at the Civic Retirement Resort—and I was truly impressed. The service was outstanding—better than anything I’ve seen, even in the UK. The staff were incredibly kind and caring, not just to my grandmother but to all the residents. You could really see the respect and attention they gave everyone. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the facilities—especially the restaurant, pool and the garden area were amazing, more like a hotel than a nursing home. Overall, it’s a warm, welcoming place that truly goes above and beyond. Highly recommended.

Everyone went out of their way to make our relative comfortable until his last moment, giving him the best possible attention in every aspect. The environment is very soothing, clean and engaging.
